That pretty much sums up my question. I know you can prevent a cold sore from getting too big by putting ice on it as soon as you feel it coming, but how can I avoid them all together? Whenever I have a cold I during alot of orange juice and other citrus kind of juices so maybe that is causing them.. Would vitamin C be better in that case?
