i know salt water for the throat, i have sore throat right now too,
and i always use baking soda on bug bites and stings, i will try both. thanks.
i have tea trea oil, but i cannot find it. will have to get some more...
I get cold sores often, abreva is for sure the trick but if you're at home put some baking soda on it or before you go to bed. The baking soda will dry it up faster. Works for me....
Wet your finger then stick in baking soda, make a paste & put it on teh sore. Let it dry on the sore, keep it on for a few minutes if you can then rinse.
It works well for me
Icing your cold-sore will lower the Ph level around the cold-sore. It should reduce the severity of the sore and it should also heal faster.
